Job Description And Duties

Under the general direction of the Technology Services Division (TSD) Service Operations Reliability Manager, Information Technology Manager I (IT Manager I), within the Department of State Hospitals (DSH), the Information Technology Supervisor II (IT Supervisor II) is responsible for supervision of the Service Operations Response Team ensuring stable, reliable, secure, and responsive delivery of the core IT services across the enterprise for mission critical systems, including the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
