Job Description And Duties

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), Competency and Stabilization Unit (CSU) Programs, the Health Program Manager I (HPM I) coordinates and directly supervises the Health Program Specialists and various analytical staff in the CSU’s Fiscal and Compliance Unit. The incumbent must have the ability to work independently, must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, as well as engage with a variety of stakeholders (including clinical, operational, and executive) utilizing impeccable interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, strong leadership and team collaboration skills are required for this position.

• Effective January 1st, 2026, the Staff Services I classification will be renamed to Supervisor I.
