Department Information

The State Treasurer's Office is a small department located in the historical Unruh Building at 915 Capitol Mall, close to the State Capitol, public transportation and with parking garage options nearby. The building is adjacent to the State Capitol Park, which is a wonderful place to exercise and enjoy the beautiful landscape during the fair-weathered months. Job Description And Duties

Under direction of the Workplace and Collaboration Services section’s supervisor (an Information Technology Supervisor II), incumbent holds the responsibility for activities in IT Service Desk, desk-side and remote IT support, and Microsoft 365 administration activities.

The IT Service Desk Specialist is responsible for providing advanced incident management and Service Desk escalation, endpoint management and Microsoft Intune administration, service request fulfillment and systems administration, workplace computing support, and knowledge management, documentation, and continual service improvement.
