Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven, highly organized Project Manager to lead the migration of clients from a legacy system to an advanced platform. This role involves coordinating internal teams and interfacing with client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in large-scale enterprise software migrations, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the overall migration project plan for 300+ customers.
• Build structured, scalable migration templates, timelines, and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure readiness, execution, and post-migration validation.
• Define and refine migration playbooks and best practices.
• Lead migration meetings during cutovers and handle issue triage and resolution.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding preparation, timelines, impacts, and support.
• Track and report status, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership.
• Drive post-migration reviews to capture lessons learned and improve the process.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Professional experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare clients
• Proven track record managing cross-functional project teams.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle, data integrity, and release management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
