International Erosion Control Association is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the integration of a new brand within the Professional Products Division. The role covers global and US coordination, timeline management and budget oversight.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years' experience, be proficient in ServiceNOW and Microsoft Office, and deliver clear status reports to senior leadership while navigating cross-functional teams across operations, finance and IT.

Prefer candidates who can come into the NYC - Hudson Yards office but open to the right candidate who can commute to Berkeley Heights, NJ instead.
The role of the IT Project Manager is responsible for the management, documentation and delivery of the project plan, inclusive of timeline, scope, and budget requirements of a new brand acquisition into the Professional Products Division.
The duration of the assignment is 4 months in 2026 with extension of the contract into next year with approval of next year's budget. As of this year's budget, there is an allocation of funding for this role until the end of the year with the expectation that there will be no blockers to extend the contract and budget for 2027.
The candidates must be proficient in creating and managing timelines in ServiceNOW, or another project management tool that can import in ServiceNOW. The candidate must have experience and proficiency in working in ServiceNOW.
This is a Global project so the the candidate will need to work seamlessly between Global and US stakeholders from various functions inclusive of operations, supply chain, finance, information technology, data, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, retail systems and online (eCommerce, consumer data and omni sales).
The candidate must have a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft tools of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, TEAMS and Outlook because they will also support presentations to senior leadership by working with their manager to summarize the overall plan to fully integrate the new brand acquisition in all channels within the aligned timeline, budget and technical scope.
We are looking for an ideal candidate that is organized and focused on attention-to-detail for documenting all phases of the project delivery. They must work collaboratively with all cross-functional teams with demonstrated problem solving skills. They must be able to identify risks and report status clearly and effectively to other team members and senior leadership. This person should have strong communication skills and understand how to prioritize both online and omnichannel workstreams in an efficient way, while keeping the overall project objective and goals in mind.
As stated earlier, this is an Global project so the candidate will also need to be able to support their manager and cross-functional stakeholders from both business and IT through the Governance process to ensure alignment between Global, Zone and Local leadership approval checkpoints. In order to achieve success, the candidate will need to work effectively across highly technical and business driven stakeholders including corporate teams (Division HQ, CDMO, Domain IT) to summarize the strategy to integrate the specific technical or business workstream into the overall project roadmap.
