Job summary

TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Help Desk Technician for a hybrid role that requires two days in-office per week.

You will configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, and monitors, and manage the TLC IT ticket system, ensuring tickets are resolved promptly. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of IT experience, solid knowledge of Windows OS and hardware, and strong communication skills to explain resolutions to employees.

The primary roles of the Help Desk Technician is to configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, monitor and maintain the TLC IT Ticket system, which involves reaching out to staff who have submitted trouble tickets, resolve the ticket in a timely manner and close tickets after successful completion.

Qualifications You'll Need

• A minimum of 1 year of IT experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of workstation hardware and Windows Operating Systems
• Ability to be friendly/approachable and effectively communicate to solve problems and explain resolutions to all employees.

Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

• CompTIA A+ and / or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
