Job description

Information Technology Help Desk Technician

Support role for users experiencing issues with clinical application software, operating systems, productivity software, network, Wi-Fi, and other computer technologies.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary contact for IT-related issues.
  2. Respond to and prioritize user requests via phone, email, or in person.
  3. Diagnose, resolve, and follow up on support issues; escalate complex problems.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Associate’s Degree in a related field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of IT experience and 2 years in Service Desk Support
  • Experience handling 30+ tickets daily in a call center environment
Additional Information

Must be available to work any shift, including morning, mid, or night shifts, as part of a 24/7 service desk.
