Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology staffing or recruitment.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or leading recruiters.
• Strong understanding of contract staffing; permanent recruitment experience is a plus.
• Experience across Software Engineering, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Infrastructure.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to hold people accountable while focusing on development.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on recruiting with broader management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance and development of the Technology recruiting team.
• Delegate requisitions based on recruiter experience, capacity, and specialization.
• Provide hands-on recruiting support for priority or complex searches.
• Coach junior recruiters on sourcing, candidate qualification, process management, and closing.
• Partner with sales and account management to understand client priorities and hiring demand.
• Monitor team pipeline, interviews, placements, and overall performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide support when searches or recruiters need help.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Improve recruiting processes, communication, and accountability.
• Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new recruiters.

A growing recruitment firm is looking to add a Technology Delivery Team Lead to its team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced technology recruiter who enjoys developing people, improving delivery, and remaining connected to the recruiting process.

The role will focus on overseeing junior consultants, allocating requisitions across the team, managing delivery, and providing coaching and support. You’ll also remain hands-on with priority and challenging searches when needed.

Key Responsibilities
