The Information Technology Customer Service Representative provides front-line customer and technical support during the University's deployment of Apple devices. This position provides excellent customer service to students, alumni, parents, faculty and staff. Also, providing basic troubleshooting and refers more complex issues to Information Technology staff.
This is a temporary two-week assignment. Employment will end when the assignment concludes.The position is not eligible for health insurance, retirement, paid leave, paid holidays, or other employee benefits, except as required by law or applicable University System of Georgia policy.
