Questeq Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Coordinator to join the Steel Center for Career and Technical Education. You will be the primary liaison between Questeq and the educational organization, managing the overall IT delivery model.

Key duties include supervising daily IT support, improving processes, tracking tickets, and coordinating with the school admin team to achieve IT goals. Leadership and strategic planning experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversees onsite day-to-day IT support and network operations.
• Improves network, desktop hardware and software processes for education use.
• Collaborates with school admins to align IT goals with educational objectives.
• Manages and tracks the ticket queue, documentation and time-to-close metrics.
• Analyzes ticket data to identify productivity improvements and root causes.
• Identifies opportunities for remote resolution of issues.
• Supervises inventory of IT assets across organization and Questeq.
