If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for supporting information technology operations. Typical work assignments will include: Providing general office support to Information Technology staff using typing skills and knowledge of office automation hardware and software. Processing a variety of routine IT-related documents and ensuring proper format, accuracy, and completeness.
Organizing and maintaining electronic and hard-copy office files. Developing basic database or spreadsheet applications to store, manipulate, sort, and report statistical or other information from office records. Troubleshooting and providing technical assistance for routine IT hardware and software issues. Performing diagnostics and analyzing basic malfunctions to determine cause and recommend solutions.
Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
