Job summary

Serco is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the CNIC program from Naples, Italy. You will help authorize systems through RMF, develop SSPs, select controls, and implement ISCM strategies, with occasional travel to meet mission needs.

The role requires a active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and an IAT Level II baseline, along with a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Join a defense-focused team delivering essential cybersecurity capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoD RMF/eMASS knowledge essential.
• Travel readiness up to 10% and ability to obtain required vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF categorization and SSP development.
• Assist with security controls selection and CI/CCIs.
• Develop ISCM plans and security documentation (MOU/MOA, SAR, POA&M).
• Operate and update security scanning tools and review SAR/POA&M.
• Conduct periodic assessments and remediation actions based on monitoring results.
