The Information Security & Risk Awareness team helps protect Amway by educating employees around the world on cybersecurity best practices and building a strong culture of security awareness. The team develops and delivers security training in 12 languages, creates engaging educational content, runs phishing simulations, and partners with colleagues globally to ensure security messages are relevant across different regions and cultures. Rather than focusing on technical security operations, this team specializes in helping people understand and adopt secure behaviors through training, communications, videos, gamified learning experiences, and AI-powered learning tools. Their work plays a critical role in reducing risk across the enterprise by making security accessible, engaging, and part of everyday decision-making for employees worldwide.

You will work alongside team members to develop engaging learning experiences, support awareness reporting efforts, and bring fresh perspectives on emerging technologies and communication strategies.

Undergraduate students who will have completed their freshman or sophomore year by the start of the internship, with an anticipated graduation date between May 2029 and April 2030.
Your pay rate within the posted range will be based on your completed class year at the start of the internship program. Amway’s recruiting team will confirm your applicable rate during the recruitment process.
