The Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AI CoE) team helps Amway maximize the value of AI across the business by focusing on AI adoption, governance, and value realization. The team partners with functions across the enterprise to understand how AI tools are being used, establish governance processes, evaluate risks and costs, and ensure AI investments deliver measurable business value. They support both productivity-focused AI solutions and business-specific AI use cases while helping teams navigate the appropriate governance and approval processes. As AI continues to reshape how work gets done, this team plays a critical role in enabling responsible AI adoption, identifying new opportunities, and helping Amway make informed decisions about where and how AI can accelerate business outcomes.

Students who will have completed at least their junior year of undergraduate study by the start of the internship, including seniors and Master’s-level students, with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and April 2029.
Your pay rate within the posted range will be based on your completed class year at the start of the internship program. Amway’s recruiting team will confirm your applicable rate during the recruitment process.
