The Amway Identity Solutions team builds the technology that allows customers and Amway Business Owners to securely create accounts and access digital experiences. The team supports capabilities such as login, authentication, authorization, security tokens, multi-factor authentication, and passwordless access across web and mobile solutions. Because identity services connect with many other applications and teams, interns gain exposure to both software development and cross-functional problem-solving in a highly collaborative environment. This team is also highly collaborative within itself as well, often working closely in regards to problem solving, celebrating wins, and more.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:
This intern, when they’re onboarded will be assigned some work that is a part of the solutions for what we need to deliver for delivering id components to a market being onboarded to the nextgen program. We are identifying feature gaps that we need to extend our solution to include other areas to cover that gap. Develop an enhancement or feature for one of our markets to be able to adopt the nextgen program.
The intern may help design and develop an identity feature or enhancement that enables a global market to transition from a legacy solution to the NextGen platform. Because individual markets may have unique identity or business requirements, the work will involve understanding a problem, researching options, and contributing to a solution that can be delivered in a real business environment.

Required skills and background:
Desired Majors: BS related to Computer Science or Related field
Academic Eligibility: Undergraduate students who will have completed their sophomore or junior year by the start of the internship, with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and April 2029.
