Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related work experience.

• Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Understand Information Governance Policy and articulate obligations to Firm stakeholders.
• Resolve inquiries related to Information Governance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate identification, transfer, and collection of materials for attorney departures, lateral hires, holds, or client transfers.
• Transfer electronic records to/from the Document Management System (iManage) and related repositories.
• Ensure data and metadata are correctly imported, classified, and assigned to workspaces.
• Document outbound digital record transfers for due diligence tracking (ServiceNow).
• Develop relationships with attorneys for smooth onboarding/offboarding.
