• Collaborate with technology teams to support project execution and deliverables.
• Analyze business processes to support process improvement and service delivery.
• Conduct document security analysis and update controls as needed.
• Draft process controls and assessment criteria for compliance.
• Develop reports and dashboards for information governance and data protection.
• Assist with email/document access requests and review.
• Move, tag, and set security on electronic documents.
