University of La Verne is seeking a Campus Center Student Assistant for the 2024/2025 academic year. The role is part-time (8 to 20 hours per week) and requires on-campus presence, flexible scheduling around classes, and active participation in campus events.
Responsibilities include answering inquiries, assisting with event setup, using 25 Live for scheduling, and supporting major university functions such as Commencement and Homecoming. Training for the Electric Vehicle Cart will be provided.

The Information, Events, and Scheduling Services is responsible for a wide variety of tasks as assigned, such as scheduling campus wide events for both university affiliated and non-university affiliated individuals and organizations, managing the Information Desk at the Abraham Campus Center ( ACC ), answering questions, knowing locations of events on campus, as well as knowledge of the university as a whole, and delivery and setup of event equipment and resources, while keeping the space clean and free of potential hazards.
