Location: Backus Hospital (10309)

Shift Details: Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts are from 7A-3:30P, 3P-11:30P, and 11P-7:30A.

Job Summary: Greet visitors, patients, and vendors; provide assistance and directions; receive and direct inquiries; assist with patient transport; uphold hospitality and customer service standards; maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one year of experience in reception, hospitality, or public relations; healthcare reception experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities: Effective communication, basic computer skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, ability to handle multiple demands, react under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
