Concordia Community Support Services, part of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, is a faith-based organization accredited by CARF-CCAC, serving Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Florida since 1881. We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems across all care locations and divisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in planning, development, training, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of the EMR system.
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of EMR systems, streamline processes, and analyze application enhancements.
3. Provide technical and functional support for software systems.
4. Support system integration with hospitals, healthcare providers, and third-party solutions.
5. Assist with onboarding and workflow alignment.
6. Create reports, analyze data, and monitor documentation for quality assurance.
7. Collaborate with staff and management on system improvements and new processes.
8. Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
9. Travel to various offices for on-site support.
10. Support informatics governance and educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with clinical software systems and project management is recommended.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
