Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years IT-relevant work experience or 5+ years without a degree.
• Very strong English communication skills preferred.
• Experience leading informal teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide production operations support for Infor Workbrain.
• Analyze complex business problems and provide technical expertise.
• Manage projects of small to medium size and complexity.

Skills

Infor Workbrain version 5.1 configuration and administration

Infor WFM version 7.x configuration and administration

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Time & Attendance solutions

SQL knowledge

Very strong communication skills
