Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience with Infor Workbrain / WFM in enterprise settings.
• Deep knowledge of USA and Puerto Rico compliance rules related to labor and time.
• Hands‑on development with relevant SQL and Java technologies.
• Proven experience in SDLC, Agile workflows, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements and new development within Workbrain modules.
• Customize and configure pay rules and compliance logic.
• Design integrations including HR data exchanges.
• Build custom workflows using Form Builder and Workflow Editor.
