Responsibilities
Act as primary liaison between users and WFM implementation.
Analyze and document scheduling and timekeeping workflows.
Validate WFM configurations including pay rules and schedule templates.
Support MVS setup for shift coverage and compliance.
Assist with data validation for employee profiles and time clocks.
Develop UAT strategy specific to WFM modules.
Create test scenarios and scripts for clock workflows.
Coordinate UAT execution with HR and department managers.
Track and triage defects prior to go-live.
Document UAT outcomes and provide go/no-go recommendations.
Provide hypercare support post-go-live.
Monitor system performance and elevate configuration issues.
