Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Workforce Management Business Analyst with hands-on Infor Workforce Management SaaS experience to translate business needs into scalable solutions. You will gather requirements for time and attendance, scheduling, labor tracking, and reporting, and collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to implement efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BA experience with Infor Workforce Management or Workbrain.
• Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, payroll interfaces, labor rules and approvals.
• Experience with Infor SaaS, ideally across single-tenant and multi-tenant environments.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, functional testing, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or shift-based workforce operations is a plus.
• BA/Product Owner certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for time and attendance, scheduling, labor tracking, leave, overtime, approvals, and reporting.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and define efficient future-state workflows.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Infor WFM configuration analysis, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with business users, HR, payroll, application owners, technical teams, and Infor/vendor resources.
• Lead functional testing, defect validation, UAT coordination, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Maintain requirements traceability, configuration docs, training materials, and procedures.
• Ensure solutions align with standard Infor capabilities and minimize unnecessary customization.
