Job summary

Axiom Global Technologies is seeking a mid-level Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to implement, configure and support Infor WFM solutions for US-based clients.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, configure WFM modules such as Time & Attendance and Scheduling, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing enhancements and deployments. You will also contribute to testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer across teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience working with workforce management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Infor Workforce Management (WFM).
• Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Infor WFM applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document WFM requirements.
• Configure Time & Attendance, Employee Scheduling, Workforce Scheduling, Attendance, and related WFM functionalities.
• Develop and maintain workforce rules, policies, schedules, pay rules, and timekeeping configurations.
• Support WFM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend appropriate Infor WFM solutions.
• Configure workflows, business rules, security, roles, and user access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and integration issues.
• Support integrations between Infor WFM and HR, Payroll, ERP, and Identity Management systems.
• Work with technical teams on APIs, interfaces, data exchange, and integration requirements.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Participate in production deployments, issue resolution, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, HR/payroll teams, and other technology stakeholders.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to end users and internal teams.
