Tech Mirrors is seeking an Infor Technical Project Manager for Culver City, CA, onsite from Day 1. You will own end-to-end health and the roadmap for payroll and workforce management applications, including Infor WFM and UKG Payroll.

The role emphasizes governance, budgets, and aligning IT investments with business needs. We require 10+ years of experience in payroll systems, strong governance skills, and the ability to coordinate internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll and workforce management applications.
• Must have strong experience with Infor WFM and UKG Payroll.
• Experience in payroll technology strategy, governance and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end health, reliability, support model, and roadmap for payroll and workforce management applications (Infor WFM, UKG Payroll).
• Lead payroll technology strategy, architecture simplification, investment priorities, IT budgets and governance.
• Manage production issues from intake to root cause analysis and prevention.
• Ensure technical discipline across internal staff, contractors, MSPs and vendors.
• Maintain quality of configuration, integrations, testing, release readiness and production outcomes.
