Job summary

Saim Technologies is seeking an experienced payroll technology leader in Culver City, CA. You will own the health, reliability, and roadmap for payroll and workforce management platforms such as Infor WFM and UKG Payroll, with a focus on production support, incident analysis, and governance.

Responsibilities include leading complex investigations, optimizing integrations, and driving permanent corrective actions while aligning with IT budgets and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience configuring and supporting enterprise payroll platforms.
• Proven ability to lead incident investigations and implement permanent fixes.
• Experience with integration, data flows, and security in payroll environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage of payroll application issues including integrations and data validation.
• Own end-to-end health, reliability, and roadmap for payroll platforms.
• Govern production support, testing, and release readiness across systems.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure payroll compliance and performance.
• Drive root-cause analyses and permanent corrective actions after incidents.
• Mentor staff and manage vendor relations to balance internal and external ownership.
