Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the firm's Information Governance strategy by implementing policies, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with attorneys and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage lifecycle of physical and electronic records, including retention, transfers, holds, and disposition.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve information management and efficiency.
• Analyze data and reporting to identify process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across the firm to strengthen governance practices.
• Provide guidance to Information Governance Specialists and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance and data management.
