Job summary

OVO Talent is seeking a talented Talent Manager to manage a roster of creators across lifestyle, beauty, fitness and fashion. You will turn brand interest into paid partnerships, maintain timelines, and ensure creators deliver on each assignment.

You will actively find new creators to represent and become the go-to contact for creators when big opportunities arise. This on-site role is based in Charleston, SC, with CPT/OPT accepted for U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, modeling, content creation or client service is a plus.
• Agency experience is not required.
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok is helpful.

OVO Talent represents content creators across lifestyle, beauty, fitness and fashion. Brands come to our creators every week, and our Talent Managers turn that attention into paid partnerships and long-term careers. We're growing the team in Charleston.

What you'll do

• Own a roster of creators: know their goals, audience, rates and the brands they love
• Turn brand interest into signed deals by preparing offers, keeping timelines tight and making sure creators show up ready
• Keep every deliverable, approval and payment on track in our CRM
• Find and sign new creators worth representing
• Be the person your creators text first when something big happens

Who you are

• You live on Instagram and TikTok and know why a creator is blowing up
• Organized, quick to reply, and great at follow-through
• Comfortable talking to people and asking for the yes
• Background in sales, retail, hospitality, modeling, content creation or client service is a plus. Agency experience is not required.

• $45,000-$75,000 OTE: hourly base plus uncapped commission on every creator deal you manage
