Job summary

OVO Talent in Nashville, TN, is hiring an Influencer Talent Manager to own day-to-day creator relationships and help creators build stronger careers through well-run brand partnerships. Location is onsite in Nashville; the role involves handling pitches, offers, contracts, deadlines and deliverables while maintaining CRM records.

You will work to learn each creator’s goals, audience, rates, availability, and brand preferences, evaluating opportunities and surfacing risks early.

OVO Talent is hiring an Influencer Talent Manager to own day-to-day creator relationships and help creators build stronger careers through well-run brand partnerships.

You will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned creators, learn each creator’s goals, audience, rates, availability, and brand preferences, evaluate partnership opportunities, help prepare pitches and offers, and keep contracts, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables organized. You will document conversations and next steps in the CRM, prepare creators for important calls, surface risks early, and help evaluate potential new creators.

We are looking for strong written and verbal communication, excellent organization, good judgment with confidential information, interest in creators and social platforms, and reliable follow-through. Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, account management, sales, hospitality, recruiting, or client service is helpful.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Onsite. Full time, permanent. Pay: $7.25 per hour plus commission on creator deals. US work authorization required; CPT and OPT accepted.
