Job summary

A fast-growing influencer marketing agency is seeking a Talent Manager to build and manage a roster of creators. In this role, you'll recruit influencers, secure brand deals, and act as the main liaison for your roster. This position starts as commission-only for the first three months, after which successful candidates may transition to a base salary plus commission. Ideal for someone ready to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and take real ownership from day one.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

You'll sign creators, pitch brands, close deals, and manage relationships. You'll build your own roster from scratch using our systems and tools.

This is commission-only for the first 3 months. After that, if you're performing well, we transition you to base salary + commission.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a startup and take real ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Manage your own book of creators
• Recruit new influencers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Act as the main point of contact for your roster
• Pitch and secure brand deals for your creators
• Negotiate terms and manage ongoing relationships

Campaign Oversight

• Support the execution of influencer campaigns
• Track deliverables and performance
