Job summary

OVO Talent in Nashville, TN, is hiring an Influencer Talent Manager to own day-to-day creator relationships and help creators build stronger careers through well-run brand partnerships. Location is onsite in Nashville; the role involves handling pitches, offers, contracts, deadlines and deliverables while maintaining CRM records.

You will work to learn each creator’s goals, audience, rates, availability, and brand preferences, evaluating opportunities and surfacing risks early.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned creators.

• Keep contracts, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables organized in the CRM and surface risks early.
