Amgen is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Influencer Strategy to develop enterprise influencer programs that advance corporate reputation and patient-centered storytelling. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of experience in social media, digital communications, marketing or related field.
• Or Masters degree with 4+ years of experience in social media, digital communications, marketing or related field.
• Or Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in social media, digital communications, marketing or related field.
• Or Associates degree with 10 years of experience in social media, digital communications, marketing or related field.
• Or High school diploma with 12 years of experience in social media, digital communications, marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing creator or influencer programs within biotechnology or regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted external relationships and manage complex partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an enterprise influencer strategy aligned with Amgen's priorities.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with credible influencers and third-party voices.
• Advise senior stakeholders on opportunities, trends and actions.
• Partner with media relations, social, advocacy and product communications teams.
• Establish engagement standards, processes and governance for influencer workstreams.
• Leverage analytics to inform sourcing, program design and reporting.
• Shape event strategies to increase visibility of priority stories.
• Maintain understanding of digital culture and emerging platforms.
