Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs, Influencer Strategy to lead enterprise influencer initiatives. This role focuses on building credible external voices, including creators, patient advocates, health professionals, and other trusted third parties, to advance Amgen’s reputation and patient-centered storytelling.

The role reports to the Executive Director, External Engagement and collaborates with Corporate Affairs, Advocacy, Law, Regulatory, Compliance, and Agency partners.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in social sciences, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in social media, digital communications, or corporate communications.
• 8+ years developing influencer programs in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an enterprise influencer strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with credible influencers, creators, and advocates.
• Advise senior leaders on opportunities, trends, and risk.
• Partner with media relations and product communications to integrate creator engagement.
• Implement governance, disclosure, and compliance across engagement.
