Job summary

Brilliant Infotech Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Client Management for a fully remote Influencer & Celebrity team. You will own the day-to-day client relationship, run calls, and ensure programs are on time and on budget.

You will manage multiple creator accounts, track approvals, and deliver insights for client reviews while coordinating with strategy, talent, and analytics. This role emphasizes strong organization and client-facing excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of client service or account management experience, with at least 3 years in influencer marketing.
• Experience in a high-volume influencer agency setting with many creators and multiple brands.
• Deep understanding of influencer budgets including talent rates, fees, gifting, usage rights, and whitelisting.
• Experience leading monthly billing reconciliation and tracking account profitability.
• Hyper-organized; you build and live in the tracker and never miss a deadline.
• Familiarity with AirTable or Asana and tools like CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, Shopify Collabs.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day client relationship for multiple influencer accounts.
• Lead weekly status calls and client meetings; send recaps with next steps, owners, and deadlines.
• Know clients’ brands, products, retail calendars, and stakeholders cold; build trusted relationships.
• Manage expectations; flag risks early and present solutions to clients.
• Pull together campaign data, content, and results for reviews and milestones.
• Coordinate with strategy, talent, paid media, PR, social, and analytics teams.
