Awin Global is seeking an Influencer Partnerships Associate Manager in Chicago to drive growth and day-to-day success of influencer and influencer-affiliate programs. You will work with senior team members to manage programs, analyze performance, and shape strategy that delivers measurable results.

This role moves beyond execution into a strategic, client-facing position with growing ownership over program direction, leading client discussions, presenting insights, and guiding influencer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships.
• Experience supporting client relationships and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ (or similar platforms), Excel/Sheets, and project management tools.
• Confident communicator with growing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in managing client relationships, including preparation for client calls, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Lead defined program workstreams such as recruitment initiatives, seasonal activations, or optimization projects.
• Draft client-facing performance insights, recommendations, and recap materials for review.
• Analyze creator and program performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of influencer recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies.
• Recommend optimizations related to creator mix, incentives, commission structures, and content formats.
