Awin in Chicago, IL is seeking an Influencer Partnerships Associate Manager to grow influencer and influencer-affiliate programs for leading brands. You will manage client relationships, own program workstreams, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

You'll partner with senior teams to shape influencer strategy, present findings, and lead client discussions, with growing ownership over program direction in a hybrid, US-based role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships.
• Experience supporting client relationships and strategic initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ (or similar platforms), Excel/Sheets, and project management tools.

• Account & Client Support: Prepare for client calls, reporting and follow-ups.
• Lead defined program workstreams such as recruitment initiatives, seasonal activations, or optimization projects.
• Draft client-facing performance insights, recommendations and recap materials.
• Strategy & Optimization: analyze creator performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Execution Oversight: oversee day-to-day execution, QA tracking, and creator activations.
