Job summary

Awin is seeking an Influencer Partnerships Associate Manager to drive strategic growth and day-to-day success of influencer and influencer-affiliate programs for leading brands. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior team members to manage programs, analyze performance, and help shape influencer strategies that drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships.
• Experience supporting client relationships and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ (or similar platforms), Excel/Sheets, and project management tools.
• Confident communicator with growing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in managing client relationships, including calls, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Lead defined program workstreams such as recruitment initiatives, seasonal activations, or optimization projects.
• Draft client-facing performance insights, recommendations, and recap materials.
• Analyze creator and program performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies for influencers.
• Oversee day-to-day execution, QA tracking setups, and troubleshoot issues with internal teams.
• Own reporting and performance analysis for assigned workstreams and translate data into actionable insights.
• Mentor Specialists and contribute to process improvements and program playbooks.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Account Management to align with broader affiliate strategy.
