Remote Jobs is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for a US-based health and wellness supplements brand. You will build creator partnerships, manage a network of creators, and grow affiliate-driven content and sales.

This fully remote role requires strong outreach, relationship management, and experience with creator campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Opportunity to impact a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Proven experience sourcing and outreaching to creators at scale.
• Experience managing creator relationships end-to-end.
• Experience with UGC campaigns and paid/organic social impact.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify relevant creators and UGC creators in health and wellness.
• Conduct creator outreach across email and social platforms to build a pipeline.
• Manage creator relationships from onboarding to content delivery and collaboration.
• Develop gifting and UGC campaigns with clear briefs aligned to brand goals.
• Build an affiliate creator network and grow long-term partnerships.
• Track outreach, content submissions, affiliate activity and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve creator selection and briefs.
