Job summary

Goliath is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships across our toys, games, and collectibles portfolio in North America. You will own relationships with creators, managers, and agencies, while developing scalable programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

You will collaborate with Brand, PR, Retail, and Social teams to integrate influencer initiatives into broader campaigns, negotiate contracts, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or related fields.
• Proven negotiation of creator agreements and partnerships.
• Existing relationships with talent agencies, creator managers, and platform reps.
• Experience managing six- and seven-figure influencer budgets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead influencer programs across Goliath’s North American brands.
• Build and manage creator, agency, and platform relationships; negotiate deals.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including briefs, approvals, timelines, and compliance.
• Develop monthly dashboards and insights on reach, engagement, and ROI for leadership.
