Job summary

Goliath in the United States is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships across our toys, games, and collectibles portfolio. You will own relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and platforms, building scalable programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

You will collaborate with Brand, PR, Retail, and Social teams to weave influencer programs into broader campaigns, negotiate contracts, manage end-to-end campaigns, and report on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or related fields.
• Proven ability to negotiate creator agreements and campaigns.
• Existing relationships with talent agencies, managers, and platforms.
• Experience managing six- and seven-figure influencer budgets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer programs across Goliath’s NA portfolio.
• Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage creator relationships.
• Build long-term ambassador and partnership programs beyond one-off campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand, PR, Retail, and Social teams to integrate influencer programs.
• Serve as primary contact for agents and creator representation firms.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including briefs, timelines, and approvals.
• Develop monthly dashboards with KPIs to drive performance insights.
