You will own relationships with top-tier creators, talent managers, agencies, and platforms, developing scalable programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

No toy experience required; strong relationship-building and negotiation skills are essential.

• Lead influencer partnerships across North America for Goliath's portfolio.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators, agents, and platforms.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and usage rights for campaigns.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management including briefs, approvals, timelines, and compliance.
