Job summary

Viral Nation Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Influencer Marketing (technology) to steward complex campaigns from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, influencer, paid media, and analytics to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

You will translate client objectives into structured plans, manage budgets and timelines, and provide clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced tech marketing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, or integrated services environment.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns for enterprise technology, AI, SaaS, or consumer technology clients.
• Comfortable supporting fast-paced technology clients with evolving priorities and cross-functional teams across Strategy, Creative, Production, Influencer, Paid Media, and Analytics.
• Experience supporting technology product launches, AI initiatives, or B2B technology marketing campaigns, with the ability to translate complex client objectives into structured project plans and seamless campaign execution.
• Strong command of project management tools; Monday.com experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master program tracker across accounts.
• Define milestones and timelines with leadership.
• Flag scope drift and escalate risks early.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Strategy, Creative, Production, Influencer, Analytics.
• Monitor budget and hours, report burn and pacing.
• Lead internal and client status meetings and recaps.
