Job summary

Viral Nation seeks an Account Manager to drive day-to-day execution of client programs, partnering with Client Services and our COE to deliver social-first marketing strategies. The Account Manager is a steward of the VN process, overseeing campaign execution and guiding a team of Account Coordinators and Account Executives from initiation to delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in advertising services, influencer marketing, social media etc.
• Proven experience working with international creators, with a strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem.
• Experience working as a part of an IAT (inter-agency team).
• Experience in developing and executing successful client programs.
• Direct experience with social media tools and platforms
• Passion and understanding for influencer marketing
• Experience with effectively delegating and/or executing many tactical assignments and accurately elevating and reviewing the work of junior staff.
• Proactive and unafraid to manage up.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of influencer and social media marketing and keeps up to date with current trends.
• Develop a clear understanding of clients goals and objectives and can translate that into actionable tasks and manage the outcome.
• Demonstrate tactical proficiency in influencer management, content direction, content scheduling, ongoing tracking and reporting on results.
• Execute and oversee strategies including - influencer marketing, content/social strategy, community management etc.
• Develop content overview documents for influencers outlining program details and content expectations with oversight from the senior leadership team.
• Exhibit effective project management working closely with team to prepare status reports for client.
• Be a master of process and care about the minutiae of how work is done to ensure efficiencies and practicalities.
• Effectively work within account budget parameters and assist with budget management.
• Participate in presentation process including research, audits and proposal development.
• Contribute towards team development and growth to meet the demands and expectations of clients.
• Oversee your teams influencer marketing campaigns through VN’s proprietary platform.
