Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of integrated programs within the Client Services team. You will translate strategy into execution across multiple centers of excellence, driving process, budget stewardship, and cross-functional coordination to keep programs on track and within budget.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, proactive risk management, and collaboration with leadership to elevate program management maturity and operational instincts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, or integrated services environment.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns for enterprise technology, AI, SaaS, or consumer technology clients within an agency environment is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable supporting fast-paced technology clients with evolving priorities, managing multiple concurrent workstreams, accelerated timelines, and cross-functional teams across Strategy, Creative, Production, Influencer, Paid Media, and Analytics.
• Experience supporting technology product launches, AI initiatives, or B2B technology marketing campaigns, with the ability to translate complex client objectives into structured project plans and seamless campaign execution.
• Strong command of project management tools - Monday.com experience is a must.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing timelines and shifting priorities.
• Excellent analytical skills - comfortable pulling data, running burn calculations, and translating numbers into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain clean documentation and infrastructure across multiple accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to drive accountability without direct authority and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master program tracker as the single source of truth across all assigned accounts.
• Define milestones and set timelines in partnership with Client Services leadership.
• Flag scope drift and escalating when needed to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain internal and external schedules in advance.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and timely updates.
• Monitor budget and hours and their burn, pacing, and utilization.
• Pull exports and analyze trends to surface actionable insights for leadership.
• Document learnings and optimizations for downstream use.
• Set up and maintain project infrastructure and documentation.
