DEPT® is a Growth Invention company helping the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. We’re seeking a Creator/Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer campaigns, source creators, and drive authentic content for client success.

You’ll cast and manage creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and more, working with production and legal teams, and acting as a client liaison on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing or creator casting within an agency or brand environment.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat).
• Experience managing production elements of influencer campaigns and coordinating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and present creator recommendations aligned with brand strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with talent, agencies, and managers.
• Brief creators and review content for brand compliance; manage timelines and deliveries.
