Job summary

Bloom Nutrition in Austin, TX is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to report to the Head of Influencer Marketing. You will collaborate to execute influencer initiatives, grow the gifting program, and manage paid collaborations to boost brand awareness and ROI.

You will nurture relationships with micro and macro influencers, track progress weekly, and help create performance reports. The role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth as the company

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the influencer marketing space.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Influencer Marketing to execute and evolve influencer initiatives.
• Lead outreach and relationship-building with micro and macro influencers to support campaign goals.
• Grow and manage the influencer gifting program with strategic outreach and partnerships.
• Maintain influencer relationships, records, and timely follow-ups.
• Identify new opportunities and trends to drive growth in the influencer space.
• Track progress and deliverables weekly and support performance reporting.
