Job summary

Jovens Academy in Frisco, TX is seeking an Influencer Manager to grow a 300K+ creator audience into meaningful collaborations. You will own partnerships, negotiations, and campaign management while driving creator growth and brand value.

You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships with brands and agencies, and coordinate end-to-end campaigns, staying ahead of influencer marketing trends and turning audience interest into tangible business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator management, talent management, social media, or brand partnerships.
• Previous experience managing or working closely with influencers/content creators is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach relevant brands for collaboration opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.
• Manage inbound and outbound brand collaboration enquiries.
• Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, timelines, and partnerships.
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from initial discussion through execution.
• Prepare and communicate collaboration proposals and campaign ideas.
• Work closely with the creator to plan and execute brand partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the creator’s personal brand and market positioning.
• Track campaign performance and maintain records of collaborations and partnerships.
• Follow up with brands and agencies to build long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creator economy developments, and emerging opportunities.
