Be LOVE™ is building a powerhouse influencer network in New York City, seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate to scale creator partnerships and drive measurable brand growth. This in-office role blends creative coaching with strategic execution and analytics across organic and paid channels.

You will collaborate with Brand, Studio, and Growth Marketing teams to deliver on briefs, optimize campaigns, and ensure brand safety while expanding the creator ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–3+ years in influencer or creator ops at a brand or agency with hands-on booking.
• Platform-native fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Tracker discipline with links, codes, IDs, rights windows, and clean naming.
• FTC disclosure basics and working knowledge of claims safety and platform policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop briefs and coach creators toward best-in-class content.
• Review and approve influencer concepts and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Monitor, manage, and report on performance of organic & paid campaigns.
• Negotiate packages, timelines, and usage rights with internal teams.
• Manage product seeding, logistics, and asset coordination.
• Lead monthly reporting and KPI tracking using influencer platforms.
