Kittl is seeking a hands-on partnerships lead to own the creator and affiliate network, signing high-converting creators across markets and optimizing CAC. You’ll craft deals that balance quality with creator voice and scale operations with AI-driven pipelines.
We value a track record of closing paid YouTube/Instagram creator deals, plus sharp judgment on fit and performance. Join a Berlin-based team with flexible overlap across CET.
Your role at Kittl
Creators are how Kittl reaches small business owners through people they already trust. You’ll own that channel end to end as our one partnerships hire: our YouTube and Instagram creators, the affiliate programme and the partner network we already have. You’ll decide who we sign, renew, scale or cut, based on subscriptions and CAC. We’re not building a big team for this. We want one person who runs hundreds of partnerships by handing the repetitive work to AI and keeping the judgement, negotiation and relationships for themselves. This is hands-on creator marketing, not B2B partnerships or business development.
We’re a Berlin-based team, so you’ll need at least 2–3 hours of overlap with CET each working day (roughly 9am–12pm Eastern). Eastern or Central time zones work best.
What you'll do
Own the channel: Take over our creator and affiliate network in your first weeks and keep subscriptions coming while you rebuild it
Sign the creators that convert: Find, vet and close the creators that print-on-demand sellers, Etsy and Shopify shop owners and small product brands actually listen to, including in new language markets. Structure every deal to fit: flat fees, performance hybrids, affiliate conversions, long-term ambassadorships
Set the creative bar: Write briefs that protect our quality without killing the creator’s voice, and give fast, decisive feedback on every draft
Make the money calls: Scale, renegotiate or cut every creator based on subscriptions and CAC, even when attribution is messy. Team up with paid to amplify the content that converts
Grow the affiliate programme: Set commissions, onboard partners and turn sign-ups into recurring producers
Scale yourself with AI: Build the sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates and reporting that let one person run hundreds of partnerships, mostly with Claude. The judgement on fit, rates and who to back stays with you
What you'll need
A track record of creator deals: 5+ years negotiating and closing paid YouTube and Instagram creator deals yourself, including performance hybrids and usage rights
Conversion over reach: You judge creators on what they convert, not what they reach, and you make budget calls when attribution is imperfect
Sharp creator taste: You can spot which creators will move the needle for Kittl and which will just burn budget
AI-native: You use AI tools daily and follow the creative AI space closely. You’ve built at least one workflow that changed how much you could handle. You don’t need to be an engineer
Affiliate mechanics: You’ve run commission tiers, tracking and partner activation hands-on
Speed at volume: You carry a large partner network without dropping threads, move without being chased and follow up until the deal closes
Nice to have
Built or scaled an influencer programme at a SaaS, subscription or creative AI company; e-commerce and DTC also work
Built automations with Make, Zapier, n8n, APIs or vibe-coding tools
Paid amplification of creator content on Meta and YouTube
TikTok creator experience
Spanish, German or Portuguese, so you can work with creators in their language
Show us, don't tell us
Bring two partnerships you built: what you saw in them, what you paid and what came back. Add one workflow you automated, and one thing you deliberately kept human.
Tools you'll use
Claude: Daily, to run and automate the channel
HubSpot: Our CRM for the partner network
Metabase: Reporting on spend and performance
Trudy and VidIQ: Checking creator metrics
Notion: Documentation
